Advice for future couples ?
Your wedding should reflect you, if you and your partner aren't into a big party where all eyes are on you, don't do it.

what did you love most about your venue ?
There's something about being tucked on the side of the hill, surrounded by lush greenery that is just so special. And when it rains there - oh wow, that's when the real magic begins.
what made you choose to elope ?
we both worked in weddings for a number of years and have been surrounded by people who work in the industry as well in our family and friends - we knew there would be a certain expectation when it came time for ours. And having seen so many big beautiful weddings we knew that a big 'do' just wasn't for us. Both of us being quite introverted definitely played a role in our elopement as well, keeping things intimate, romantic, relaxed, and carefree were what we wanted our day to embody - and we don't think it could have been any closer to just that!
How did you spend the rest of the day ?
We video called our families after the ceremony to tell them the news, then we drove to Linc's grandparents house to surprise them in our outfits and have a cup of tea - all very formal of course (haha). By that point the rain was pouring and we drove back to our house to snuggle up with the puppies, it was the perfect end to our day.
